Nerf Stockade

 (9-volt mod, custom paint-job, pictures)

That is a picture of my stockade before I modded and spray painted the gun. I used COLOR PLACE    spray paint. The colors were Black and white, which were 96 cents a piece, and blue, which was $1.09. I finished it with KRYLON Matte finish. I posted some pictures below.

I haven't used the blue to make the stripe across the blaster yet, but I have done the handles blue. I was originally going to use the white for a stripe across, but I didn't like the way it looked. And I held the white about two feet over the blaster and painted some places to give it a dry-brush effect. The matte finish has not been applied at this point.

This was the first side that I had finished, As you can see the battery tray was not painted, and the blue line across the blaster was really sharp and clean. In my opinion the white made a pretty decent effect for dry-brushing. The matte finish was applied and as you can see it is not shiny at all. (The white in the corner of the blaster is spray-paint. Not Glare, because its not shiny.)

This is the finished product of the gun. Below this picture is the stock with the stockade.
